RESIDENCIA is a meeting point between memory, place, and table.
An evening designed to revisit the flavors that live in our memories. The ones from the street, from family kitchens, from moments that shaped who we are.
In collaboration with The Tipsy Black Sheep, this residency presents a tasting menu inspired by Dominican nostalgia, reinterpreted through a contemporary, plant-forward lens. Each dish tells a story: of childhood, of home, of tradition, and transformation.
The journey begins with small bites that evoke early culinary memories and evolves into dishes that transform familiar ingredients into new textures and emotions. The evening concludes with a dessert that pays tribute to one of the most beloved flavors in Dominican culture.
Throughout the night, Fog & Vine pairs each course with a curated selection of natural wines designed to enhance the storytelling and create dialogue between plate and glass.
